Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items before shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to our size charts.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you received and wish to return the item, please check the details as follows.

You should contact us within 1-14 days( from the date that the item is received). 

Luluslly accepts a partial refund for the item which does not fit. 

If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first within 24 hours; our customer representative will clarify for you. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver, and the reason why return). After we get the dress returned, we will do the refund, but the shipping fee is not included, and there will be another 20% restocking fee. Hope you understand.

The following conditions are not returnable

We cannot accept returns on items worn or damaged by improper cleaning methods. 

Customized dresses are nonreturnable.

We do not accept free returns, which means if the problem is not caused by our workers, we have the right to deny the return. If you just do not like the item and insist return, the restocking fee will be 30%.

The real Shipping fee and rush order fee are nonrefundable. 

We do not support return if there's no problem with the dress, the customers is just too picky on everywhere. 

Customers need to be responsible for shipping fees or customs to send back the package. Pls, remark the dress value to be $5.

Cancel Policy

All orders can not be canceled after 24 hours, if cancel, and the dress is not made well yet, there will be a fee of $50 for the fabric & workmanship that has been spent on the dress. If the dress is already made well, we do not support the cancellation, if insist on canceling, we can only refund 50%. 

Pls, send back the item within 3 days after you receive the return address from customer service.
